The Stanford location of Chan Zuckerberg Biohub is situated in the Lorry I. Lokey Stem Cell Research Building. Groups operating from the Stanford location include part of the following platforms:

The Stanford location of CZ Biohub also facilitates collaboration and training with Stanford University collaborators, participating in various cell atlas, microbiome, and other projects. We provide collaborators with access to expertise and state of the art technologies in high-throughput sample preparation, single-cell RNA-seq, high-throughput sequencing, and mass spectrometry. In addition, we actively evaluate and integrate new technologies in order to expand upon existing capabilities.
